Wedding photographer Beamish Hall
In the world of wedding photography booking your photographer a month before your wedding is normally unheard of, but I was delighted when Lauren contacted me to have a chat about her plans and ideas. We got on well, and as we chatted she explained she didnt want a ‘fashion shoot’ but rather a natural documentary of how her day would unfold, alongside some wedding portraits of her and future husband, Peter.
The big day arrived and it began with a lovely atmosphere at Lauren mums home, where the bridal prepartions took place and whilst Lauren was having her hair and makeup done the flower girls buzzed around with excitement. On arrival at St Marys church in Ponteland, Laurens dad Kevin looked proud to be giving his daughter away to nervous groom Peter. His face said it all when he saw Lauren, looking stunning walking down the aisle!
After the ceremony took place the wedding party moved on to beautiful venue Beamish Hall and friends and family enjoyed the wonderful, sunny day…in particular the speeches to which Peter looked a little uncomfortable at times!!
The acres of wooded parkland around the grounds of Beamish Hall country house hotel were the perfect backdrop to capture some wedding portraits of just Lauren & Peter and afterwards as the day drew to an end they both enjoyed the first dance of the evening with baby daughter Jessica smiling on 🙂
Here is a little snippet of the day:
Best Wishes to Lauren & Peter, hope you have a fantastic life together and many thanks for letting me be part of your day!
