Persian Wedding Photography – Wynyard Hall
London based couple Ghazaleh & John first met in 2007 whilst Ghazaleh attended university of Baku in Iran and John was working as an Oil and Gas contractor.
They first met via Johns work friend whom was dating Ghazalehs sister ( now Mr & Mrs themselves) and after enjoying a local jazz festival together it took another 6 months for John to pluck up the courage to ask for a phone number 🙂
The proposal followed in 2009 on a stroll through the park, overlooking the Baku waterfront and they married soon after.
Fast forward 5 years to a lovely spring day in April as the pair held a stunning persian ceremony at the wonderful Wynyard Hall in Teeside. The ceremony was perfomed in front of a beautifully decorated table Sofreh Aghd which included symbolic items representing the couples life and marriage together. It was the perfect setting for a perfect couple whom clearly adore each other and to make it even more special Ghazalehs family travelled across the globe from Iran to enjoy the celebrations. It was clear to see the special bond between father and daughters throughout the day and an ideal opportunity for both grandparents to catch up and enjoy the first glimpse of their grandaughter whom they couldnt stop admiring…special moments indeed!
Heres a little insight into the day…
