Cameron House Wedding Photographer Loch Lomond Scotland
Deniz & Jonathan chose the luxurious Cameron House Hotel on the banks of Loch Lomand in Scotland for their fabulous winter wedding and I always wanted to be a Cameron House Wedding Photographer.
While I was looking forward to the prospect of photographing a white winter wedding, I figured if it were to snow anywhere it would be in Scotland in late December. Ironically this wasnt to be the case as England was covered in a blanket of snow and in Scotland we didnt see a flake!
I started the day early after a long journey the evening before from Newcastle in order to catch the first rays of light over the loch to be greeted with some beautiful scenic vistas and soon headed over to Cameron House to catch up with Jonathan and Deniz during their preparations.
Deniz looked every inch the stunning bride as she walked down the aisle in a fabulous full length ivory wedding gown by award winning Justin Alexander complimented by her delicate wedding bouquet by Mood Flowers.
The couple exchanged gifts on the day, with Jonathan receiving a wonderful Italian Officine Panerai watch and a personalised delicate pink rose, etched with a message from his bride from Rococo Rose, whilst Deniz received a beautiful three band Trinity Cartier bracelet.
It was a very intimate wedding with only the closest family & friends attending and whilst they sat back and took in the Scottish Highlands, Deniz, Jonathan and I took a little time out to capture some memorable portraiture around the beautiful surroundings.
As in all winter months the evening drew in early and although Christmas had passed a few days prior this December wedding still had a wonderful cosy, festive atmosphere complete with twinkly lights and open fires and this made a fitting backdrop for the lovely speech delivered by Deniz’s dad which ended in a touching embrace between them both.
A huge thanks to Deniz & Jonathan for choosing me to photograph their amazing day and wish you both a lifetime of happiness for the future!
